With more than two decades of experience in the wedding, hospitality, and events industry, Joelle brings a refined blend of creativity, organization, and thoughtful hospitality to every celebration. Her career has spanned roles including Wedding & Event Coordinator, Planner, Catering Manager, Event Manager, and Designer—giving her a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to transform a vision into an extraordinary experience.
Known for her meticulous attention to detail and creative eye, Joelle believes the most memorable events are those that feel deeply personal. She takes the time to understand each client’s story, style, and vision, thoughtfully curating every element—from the overall atmosphere to the smallest finishing detail—to create celebrations that feel intentional, sophisticated, and entirely their own.
As the founder of Joelle Fegan Events + Design, Joelle created the company with a simple philosophy: her clients should be able to experience their celebration, not manage it. For her, true luxury is found in the details—impeccable logistics, inspired design, exceptional hospitality, and the confidence of knowing everything has been thoughtfully considered. Being entrusted with life’s most meaningful celebrations is not simply her profession; it is a privilege she never takes for granted.
Beyond events, Joelle is a proud mother of three daughters with a love for interior design, fashion, and baking. She believes chocolate is perfectly acceptable for breakfast, can often be found singing in the car, and finds inspiration in beautiful spaces and the simple moments that make life worth celebrating.

With more than 30 years of hospitality experience spanning the airline and luxury hotel industries, Crystal brings a refined understanding of exceptional service, guest experience, and the art of creating unforgettable moments. Her true passion lies in event planning, where thoughtful design, impeccable logistics, and flawless execution come together to create celebrations that feel both effortless and extraordinary.
Known for her meticulous attention to detail and highly personalized approach, Crystal believes exceptional events are never one-size-fits-all. She takes the time to understand each client’s vision, style, and story, thoughtfully curating every element—from the grandest statement to the smallest finishing detail—to create an experience that feels intentional, elevated, and entirely their own.
For Crystal, planning a wedding or milestone celebration goes far beyond creating something beautiful. It is about anticipating needs, elevating the guest experience, and allowing her clients to be fully present for the moments that matter most. Beyond events, Crystal is a newlywed, devoted cat mom to Sammy and Deebo, and a self-proclaimed carb enthusiast who will choose potato chips over cake every time. She loves reality TV, days spent by the ocean, and finding joy in life’s simplest pleasures.
